Maintenance of Elevators is carried out by elevator companies regularly every month, first of all, facility managers and Elevator Company officials determine a fixed day and time between themselves. Elevator Companies will assign at least 2 (two) technical personnel, depending on the number of elevators, on the day and time determined for the Elevators to be Maintained Regularly, and the elevator, which is included in the maintenance program, is maintained by competent personnel.

What Done After Maintenance Control.

For the elevators whose maintenance has been completed by the technical staff, in the Elevator Log Book, which should be arranged in each elevator maintenance and should be found in the Elevator Machine Room, informations about maintenance is noted, as well as the observations and notes of the personnel performing the maintenance, accompanied by their Name and Surname, their signatures and recorded in the Elevator Log Book.

Elevator Logbooks are kept with the aim of giving us information about what stages elevators have been exposed to in the past. In addition, Elevator Companies issue an Elevator Maintenance Form which is issued in 3 (three) copies, and it is mutually signed by the facility authorized officer and personnel of our company, and 1 copy is delivered to the facility officer.

Elevator Maintenance can take about 2 hours, sometimes even longer depending on the features and details of the elevators. In case of occurring problem during elevator maintenance, the facility officers will be informed and regarding security measures, the Elevator will be Closed until the problem will be resolved. In such cases, the Written approval will be obtained from facility officer.
